Regina is in the town!

“My passion was always helping people. Becoming a registered nurse, working on Palliative care, I knew I had to find an outlet to take care of myself too.

I became an avid Gym goer, ended up losing 35kg and competed in a figure division in Montreal 2005. I Fell in love with fitness and went back to school to complete a Fitness education program. In 2006 due to a major back injury, my life became miserable. I was looking for answers and a friend introduced me to Bikram yoga. I hated my first class, yet I was back in the hot room the next day. I felt so amazing afterwards that I had no choice but to give it another go. 3rd class was magic and I knew this is what I wanted to do.

2007 spring I went to Teacher Training in Hawaii and have been teaching full time ever since, all over the world. I am passionate about yoga and  people. I teach classes that are powerful, playful, and heartfelt. I’m a big believer in learning, therefore I have several other strengths. I teach yin yoga, yoga nidra, and hot pilates. Certified in sacred sound healing, deep tissue massage, modern cupping, Clendening technique, Contact Care.

Bikram yoga has changed my life, hope that it will do the same for you. ” It’s never too late, you are never too old, to start from scratch”

See you in the hot room :-)”

Old Bikram practitioners may already know Regina from other studios. She is a well travelled teacher, living abroad – and we are very lucky to have her back in Budapest 🙂

At the reception she will speak to you in Hungarian, but her classes are in English.
