Before you come
Make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day. Every day, but especially before yoga 😉
Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class!
2 towels: one for yoga and one for showering.
1 bottle of still water. (Avoid the sweet-colored-smelling-fizzy wonders!)
1 yoga mat. (Avoid slippery, polyfoam “yoga mats”!)
We practice barefoot, in light sportswear.
(Be careful with white tops, bottoms, because they can be translucent from sweat.
Avoid loose pants, t-shirts because after 5 minutes they will stick to your body and it will be uncomfortable.)
Do not use strong scents before class. Take a shower if you need to.
Studio opens 30 minutes before class and closes 40 minutes after class.
Check in closes 5 mins before class.
Please always arrive on time. If you are late, we will not be able to let you in.
Please take off your shoes at arrival and place them on the designated shelf.
Please keep quiet. Our cozy lobby provides a comfortable place to chat.
Leave your mobile phone, smartwatch, chewing gum, slippers, bag, expectations, excuses and everyday life outside the yoga room.
All you need is 1 yoga mat, 1 large towel and 1 bottle of water.
Keep it simple.
Place your yoga mat on the lines (the middle of the mat is right on the line) making sure that the person behind you can see him/herself in the mirror.
If you feel unwell, please report it to the instructor.
Stay on your mat for the whole 90 minutes. If absolutely necessary, leave the room between the exercises. In the same way, return to your place during the break.
Savasana at the end of the class is also part of the class. Do not miss it. You need it 😉
After class, please leave the room silently, do not disturb your companions in rest.
REST! Give yourself time for the last Savasana. Afterwards, you still can relax and cool off with a glass of hot tea in the lobby.
HYDRATE! Drink plenty of water, tea and juice after class.
COME BACK as many times as possible 🙂
