What is the most important thing in your life?

You can give a million answers to it. But in fact there is only one answer:


If you do not have health, you can’t take care of anything –  your family, your child, your kitten, your work… first you must take care of YOUR HEALTH.

And here we are: the importance of regular practice.

Bikram yoga is a perfectly constructed system that reaches even the smallest, most hidden corners of your body  – from your bones to your skin, from your mind to your soul.

In just 90 minutes (6.25% of your day), you:

The year of the TIGER starts in February – according to astrology, we are facing an exciting, energetic year. We can expect intense waves, but also rapid and big changes.

BUT! Yoga only works if you show up. Regularly.

I know it’s often hard to find time. Everything and everyone else needs us. Work, family, pets, friends, sleep… But what’s more important to you?

It’s up to you where you put your focus, if you allow your everyday life to take you away. Or are you in your focus,  your health, YOUR LIFE?

Set yourself a goal: commit yourself to X classes weekly, which you definitely want to practice. If you have 1 chance per week, then use that. If you can practice more, than do so. (We usually recommend 3-4 times a week to make definite progress in your practice. But you know: something is better than than nothing;)

Sign up for those classes in advance and stick to your decision, with the determination of an English bulldog.

Determination, willpower, discipline, precision, repetition, repetition, repetition and repetition… and your persistent work pays off very quickly!

A 30-day challenge

The rule is simple: 30 days – 30 yoga

You can skip 2x 1-1 days, but in this cases you should do a make up class, within a week after the skipped class. This means: 2 yoga in one day.

This challenge gives you a huge boost to start the year strong. If you have a hard time starting the year, if you lack motivation, energy, inspiration, if you don’t know which way to start… this challenge will give you the necessary boost.

An exciting journey from yourself to yourself.

Your head gets clear, the energy in and around you starts to flow… you will be boosted for 2022.

And you only have to dedicate 6.25% of your day to it 😉

Starts Saturday, January 29th

Don’t be sad if you can’t find that much time for yourself on a daily basis. We have an other challenge:

8×4 challenge

Do yoga for at least 4 times a week for 8 weeks. It could be 4 days in a row, it could be 4 yoga in 2 days, or 1-1 yoga every other day. It’s up to you. No matter how, you have to complete 4 Bikram yoga classes in 1 week.

This challenge requires maximum determination and willpower. But in return it will help you achieve your long-term goals. You can prove to yourself that you can change your habits and work hard to achieve real changes, to achieve anything you want. 

Starts Monday, January 31st

No matter which challenge you choose, we will be there for you and support you along the way.

Her classes are in English, but she is a Hungarian girl.

Please sign up for the morning classes the night before and for the afternoon classes no later than an hour before the class starts!

Classes do take place with a minimum of 3 participants.
